Severe Thunderstorm Warning

This is an important message from ReadyPhiladelphia.


Severe Thunderstorm Warning in effect until 7:15 PM today.  High winds, heavy rain, and frequent lightning possible.  Seek shelter.

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ  has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning until 715 PM EST

* at 626 PM EST... Doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm
  capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. This storm
  was located over Franklinville... or 10 miles northwest of
  Vineland... and moving north at 65 mph.

Precautionary/preparedness actions... 

Severe thunderstorms produce damaging winds... large hail... deadly
lightning and very heavy rain. For your protection... move to an
interior room on the lowest floor of your home or business. Heavy
rains flood roads quickly so do not drive into areas where water
covers the Road.


A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EST for southern New
Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania.
