Lane Restrictions Scheduled Next Week on Route 29 in Skippack Township

Lane restrictions are planned on Route 29 (Gravel Pike/Main Street) between
Perkiomen Avenue and Lexington Road in Skippack Township, Montgomery
County, on
Monday, April 25, and Tuesday, April 26, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for
roadwork
related to the construction to rehabilitate the structurally deficient
bridge
carrying Route 73 (Skippack Pike) over Perkiomen Creek in Perkiomen and
Skippack townships, and Schwenksville Borough, Montgomery County. The
bridge is
scheduled to reopen in late December.
Loftus Construction, Inc. of Cinnaminson, N.J., is the general contractor
on
the $1.1 million project financed by Pennsylvania's transportation funding
plan, Act 89.
