SEPTA to Close Heacock Road in Lower Makefield Township for Rail Crossing

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) will close
Heacock Road between Covington Road and Oxford Valley Road in Lower
Makefield
Township, Bucks County, from 7:00 PM, Friday, April 29 to 5:00 AM, Monday,
May
2, for rail crossing replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation
(PennDOT) today announced.
During the operation, SEPTA will detour Heacock Road through traffic over
Stony
Hill Road and Oxford Valley Road. Local access will be maintained up to the
construction area. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling
through the area.
Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles by
visiting
www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides
traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and
access
to more than 770 traffic cameras.
