PECO to Close Manoa Road Weekdays in Haverford Township for Gas Main
Improvement

PECO Energy is planning to close Manoa Road between Earlington Road and
Powder
Mill Road in Haverford Township, Delaware County, on weekdays, from 9:00 AM
to
3:00 PM, beginning Tuesday, May 31, for gas main repair, the Pennsylvania
Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced. The weekday closure
will be in effect through late August.
During construction, motorists traveling on Manoa Road will be detoured
over
Earlington Road, U.S. 1 (Township Line Road/City Avenue) and Haverford
Road.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area.
The
work schedule is contingent on the weather.
PECO Energy will complete the project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy
Permit.
Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles by
visiting
