PennDOT Lane Restrictions on I-95, I-676

PennDOT announced today that lane restrictions on I-676 and I-95 near Center City along with I-95 near Philadelphia International Airport will remain in place through the Democratic National Convention.The restrictions, in effect until midday July 29th, were put into place by the Pennsylvania State Police so they can safely enforce the five-ton commercial truck restriction. Please factor extra time for safety when travelling, especially during rush hour. Travel restrictions effect: ·         I-95 north approaching Exit 13 (Interstate 76West/Route 291/Valley Forge). ·         I-95 south approaching Exit 22 (Interstate 676). ·         I-676 east ramp to I-95 south.  For more information on truck restrictions and real-time traffic, visit PennDOT's special DNC webpage, www.511PA.com/DNC.
