Chester Water Authority to Close Bluebell Avenue

The Chester Water Authority will close Bluebell Avenue between Columbia
Avenue
and Scott Avenue in Upper Chichester Township, Delaware County, on Tuesday,
December 27 through Friday, February 24, 2017, for water main installation,
the
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) said today.
During construction Bluebell Avenue through traffic will be detoured over
Columbia Avenue, Chichester Avenue and Meetinghouse Road. Local access will
be
maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are advised to allow
extra
time when traveling through the area.
The Chester Water Authority will complete the work under a PennDOT Highway
Occupancy Permit.
Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles by
visiting
