PA Turnpike to Close Route 363 (Valley Forge Road) in Montgomery County for
Overhead Bridge Removal

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission will close and detour Route 363
(Valley
Forge Road) next week between Morris Road and Hunter Mill Road in Upper
Gwynedd
and Towamencin townships, Montgomery County, the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation (PennDOT) today announced.
The weather-dependent work scheduled is:
• On Monday, December 19, through Thursday, December 22, from 9:00 PM to
6:00
AM Route 363 (Valley Forge Road) will be closed;
• On Tuesday, December 27, through Thursday, December 29, from 9:00 PM to
6:00
AM Route 363 (Valley Forge Road) will be closed; and
• On Tuesday, January 3, 2017, through Friday, January 6, from 9:00 PM to
6:00
AM Route 363 (Valley Forge Road) will be closed.
During the weeknight operation, Route 363 (Valley Forge Road) through
traffic
will be detoured over Morris Road, Broad Street, and Sumneytown Pike.

visiting
