Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week on I-95 in Bucks County for
Maintenance Operations

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced
that
travel restrictions are scheduled next week on Interstate 95 in Bucks
County,
for inlet cleaning, pipe flushing and shoulder restoration.
The work schedule, which is weather dependent, is:
• Tuesday, January 3, and Wednesday, January 4, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
periodic right lane closures are scheduled on southbound Interstate 95
between
U.S. 1 and the Philadelphia city line in Middletown, Bristol and Bensalem
townships, for inlet cleaning and pipe flushing; and
• Wednesday, January 5, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the right lane is
scheduled to
close on northbound I-95 between the Route 132 (Street Road) and Route 413
interchanges in Bensalem and Bristol townships, for shoulder
reconstruction.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work
zones.
