Upper Southampton Municipal Authority to Restrict Route 232 (Second Street
Pike) for Water Main Installation

The Upper Southampton Municipal Authority will close one lane on Route 232
(Second Street Pike) weekdays between Jaymor Road and Madison Avenue in
Bucks
County, from Monday, March 6, through Tuesday, March 14, from 9:00 AM to
3:00
PM, for water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation
(PennDOT) said today. Traffic will be controlled by flagging.
The scheduled travel restriction is subject to change due to weather,
emergency, and traffic considerations. Motorists should reduce their
speeds
whenever traveling through designated work zones.
The Upper Southampton Municipal Authority will complete the work under a
PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
