Aqua Pennsylvania to Close 4th Avenue Weekdays for Water Main Improvement
in Tinicum Township, Delaware County

Aqua Pennsylvania is scheduled to close 4th Avenue weekdays between Route
291
(Governor Printz Boulevard) and 2nd Street in Tinicum Township, Delaware
County, on Tuesday, May 30, through, Friday, June 9, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
for water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
(PennDOT) announced today.

During construction, 4th Avenue motorists will be detoured over Route 291
(Governor Printz Boulevard), Wanamaker Avenue and 2nd Street.

Motorists are advised to allow additional time when traveling near the work

area. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone.

Aqua Pennsylvania will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway
Occupancy
Permit.
