Lane closures are scheduled next week on Rock Raymond Road in East
Brandywine
Township, Chester County, and Rock Hill Road in Lower Merion Township,
Montgomery County for high-friction resurfacing operations, the
Pennsylvania
Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

Hilltop Drive; and

• Monday, March 26, through Friday, March 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane

The work is part of a $4.8 million resurfacing project to improve travel
and
safety on 25 state highways in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and

provide increased friction and grip on pavements in wet and dry conditions.

J.D. Eckman, Inc. of Atglen, Chester County, is the general contractor on
the
project, which is financed with 80 percent federal and 20 percent state
funds.
