Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week for Tree Trimming Operations in
Bucks and Delaware Counties

Travel restrictions are scheduled next week on several state highways for
tree
removal operations in Bucks and Delaware counties, the Pennsylvania
Department
of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
• Monday, March 19, through Friday, March 23, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Route 313 (Dublin Pike) between
Route 113 (Bedminster Road) and Route 563 (Ridge Road) in Bedminster
Township,
Bucks County;
• Monday, March 19, through Friday, March 23, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions with flagging are scheduled on State Road between Street Road
and
Tennis Avenue in Bensalem Township, Bucks County; and
• Tuesday, March 20, through Friday, March 23, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a
right
lane closure is scheduled on southbound Interstate 476 between the U.S. 1
and
Media/Swarthmore interchanges in Marple, Springfield and Nether Providence
townships, Delaware County.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas
because slowdowns will occur during construction. All scheduled activities
are
weather dependent.
