Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week on Several State Highways for
Overhead Sign Inspections in Delaware County

Travel restrictions are scheduled next week on U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue),
U.S.
1 (Media Bypass) and Industrial Highway in Delaware County for overhead
sign
inspections, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT)
announced
today.
The work schedule is:
• Monday, April 23, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions are
scheduled on
westbound U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) between Interstate 476 and Radnor
Chester
Road in Radnor Township;
• Tuesday, April 24, and Wednesday, April 25, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
closures are scheduled in both directions on U.S. 1 (Media Bypass) between
Route 320 (Sproul Road) and State Road in Marple Township;
• Thursday, April 26, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled
on
the ramp from eastbound U.S. 1 (Media Bypass) to Interstate 476 in Marple
Township; and
• Thursday, April 26, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, lane restrictions are
scheduled
on Industrial Highway at International Plaza Drive in Tinicum Township.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas.
All activities are weather dependent.
