U.S. 30 Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week for Guide Rail Repair in Chester County

King of Prussia, PA – Periodic lane closures are scheduled on eastbound and westbound U.S. 30 in Chester County on Monday, August 20, through Friday, August 24, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for guide rail repairs, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work locations on U.S. 30 are:
  • Between Airport Road and Moore Road in Valley and Caln townships and the City of Coatesville;
  • Between Reeceville Road and Bailey Road in Caln Township; and 
  • Between Route 100 (Pottstown Pike) and U.S. 202 in West Whiteland Township.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional Twitter alerts accessible on the 511PA website.
