I-95 Night Lane Closures Next Week for Soil Boring in Philadelphia
King of Prussia, PA - Alternating northbound and southbound lane closures will be in place on Interstate 95 between the Bridge Street and Cottman Avenue interchanges in Philadelphia on Sunday, October 7, through Friday, October 12, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning for soil borings, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling on I-95 through the work area. All scheduled operation is weather dependent.
The soil borings are part of the advance engineering activities related to upcoming reconstruction of I-95 at the Bridge Street Interchange.
