I-95 Overnight Lane Closures Scheduled Next Week for Resurfacing Operations and Pipe Repair in Delaware County
King of Prussia, PA – Interstate 95 motorists will encounter overnight lane closures next week for resurfacing operations and pipe repair in Delaware County, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
- Monday, October 22, through Saturday, October 27, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled in both directions on I-95 between the Highland Avenue/U.S. 322 West Interchange and the Delaware State line in Upper Chichester, and Lower Chichester townships, and the City of Chester, for milling and paving; and
- Wednesday, October 24, and Thursday, October 25, from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, lane closures are scheduled in both directions on I-95 between the Edgemont Avenue/Avenue of the States and Interstate 476 interchanges in Ridley Township, and the City of Chester, for pipe repair.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling on I-95 through the work area. All scheduled operations are weather dependent and subject to change.
