I-76 Overnight Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week for Large Sign Maintenance in Philadelphia
King of Prussia, PA – Motorist will encounter temporary lane closures in both directions on Interstate 76 between the Passyunk Avenue and 30th Street/Market Street interchanges in Philadelphia, on Monday, November 12, through Friday, November 16, from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, for large sign maintenance, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area. The schedule is weather dependent.
Under this improvement project, PennDOT is replacing and repairing large sign structures throughout Philadelphia and Montgomery counties.
Collinson, Inc., of Uwchland, Pennsylvania is the general contractor on the $2,441,490 project, which is financed with 100 percent federal funds.
