Penn Township to Restrict Route 796 (Jennersville Road) for Intersection Improvement in Chester County
King of Prussia, PA – Penn Township is planning a single lane closure on Route 796 (Jennersville Road) between Old Baltimore Pike and U.S. 1 (Kennett Oxford Bypass) in Penn Township, Chester County, on Monday, May 13, through Sunday, May 19, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for intersection improvement, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and slowdowns will occur. All scheduled activities are weather permitting.
Penn Township will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
