Several State Highways Restricted Next Week for Tree Trimming in Delaware and Montgomery Counties

King of Prussia, PA – Lane closures will be in place next week from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on several state highways for tree trimming operations in Delaware and Montgomery counties, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. 

 

Weather permitting, the work schedule is: 

• Monday June 3, through Friday, June 7, Concord Road between John Hannum Circle and Edward Jennings Road in Concord Township, Delaware County; 
• Monday June 3, through Friday, June 7, Haverford Road between Chestnut Circle and Avon Road in Haverford Township, Delaware County;
• Monday June 3, through Friday, June 7, Conestoga Road between Iven Avenue and Brookside Avenue in Radnor Township, Delaware County; and
• Monday June 3, through Saturday, June 8, Lederach Road between Schwenksville Road and Larson Road in Upper Salford Township, Montgomery County.

All traffic during these tree operations will be controlled by flagging. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur.
