Phoenixville Borough to Restrict Route 113 (Bridge Street) for Paving in Chester County
King of Prussia, PA – Phoenixville Borough is planning a weekday lane closure on Route 113 (Bridge Street) in Phoenixville Borough, Chester County on Friday, September 13, through Friday, September 20, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for paving operations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
Weather permitting, the lane closure will be in place at the following two locations:
- Route 113 (Bridge Street) between Gay Street and Prospect Street; and
- Bridge Street between Chester Avenue and Columbia Avenue.
Traffic during both operations will be controlled by flagging. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur.
Phoenixville Borough will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
