Wawaset Road to Close Next Week for Resurfacing Operations in Pocopson Township
King of Prussia, PA – Wawaset Road is scheduled to close between Route 842 (Unionville-Wawaset Road) and Corrine Road in Pocopson Township, Chester County, on Monday, November 8, through Wednesday, November 10, from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, for resurfacing operations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
During the closure, Wawaset Road motorists will be directed to use Corrine Road, Red Lion Road, and Route 842 (Unionville-Wawaset Road). Local access will be maintained during the operation.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
