PennDOT announced that construction will occur next week on U.S. 422.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:

Monday, November 11, through Thursday, November 14, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, a right lane closure will be in place on eastbound U.S. 422 between the Phoenixville/Collegeville (Route 29) and Bridgeport/Valley Forge (Route 23) interchanges for milling and paving.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
