ReadyMontco - Lower Salford Township Alert

The Township's contractor will be making repairs to three roads next week. The specific roads, the limits, and the road closure dates/times are listed below. Township personnel will be at each closure point to direct traffic and assist motorists with navigating the various closures. All roads will be available to school buses, emergency vehicles, and residents who live on the affected roads during the work. To complete the work as quickly as possible, all closures will go into effect at 7:00 am and should be open again by 3:00 pm each day. There will be no overnight closures. The schedule below is subject to change depending on weather conditions and other factors.


Camp Wawa Road - Tuesday 5/27 & Wednesday 5/28

Work will take place between the bridge and Haldeman Road
Closure points will be at Salfordville Road and at Haldeman Road
Detour route will be Salfordville to Haldeman back to Camp Wawa, and vice versa.


Morris Road – Wednesday 5/28 & Thursday 5/29

Work will take place between Morris Road and Landis Road
Closure points will be at Morris Road and at Landis Road
Detour route will be Moyer to Landis back to Morris, and vice versa


Schlosser Road – Friday 5/30

Work will be between Morris Road and Harleysville Pike (Rt 113)
Closure points will be at Morris Road and at Rt 113
Detour route from Rt 133 will be either to Morris Rd for NB traffic or Kinsey Rd to Cressman Rd for SB traffic
Detour route from Morris Rd will be either to Rt 113 or to Cressman Rd to Kinsey Rd.
