I-95 North Exit to Bartram Avenue/Cargo City (Exit 10) Closed Saturday for
Removal of Light Poles

A series of travel restrictions are scheduled Saturday, June 18, between
6:30
AM and 4:30 PM in the area of the Interstate 95 north exit ramp to Bartram
Avenue/Cargo City (Exit 10), and by the intersection of Industrial Highway
and
Bartram Avenue in Philadelphia and Tinicum Township, Delaware County, for
the
removal of three high-mast light poles, the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation (PennDOT) said today.

Weather permitting, the following travel restrictions are scheduled on
Saturday:

• The I-95 north exit ramp to Bartram Avenue/Cargo City (Exit 10) will be
closed and detoured from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. During the ramp closure,
motorists
are advised to use the Philadelphia International Airport exit (Exit 12) to

reach the airport, and to use the Valley Forge/Route 291 exit (Exit 13) to
reach Route 291 (Governor Printz Boulevard);

• There will be a 15-minute traffic stoppage on I-95 north approaching the
Bartram Avenue/Cargo City (Exit 10) exit. The traffic stoppage is expected
to
occur early Saturday morning;

• There will be a 15-minute traffic stoppage on Route 291 (Governor Printz
Boulevard) between Bartram Avenue and Stevens Drive. The traffic stoppage
is
expected to occur late Saturday morning; and

• There will be a 15-minute traffic stoppage on eastbound and westbound
Industrial Highway between Bartram Avenue and Philadelphia International
Airport jug handle/International Plaza Drive. The traffic stoppage is
expected
to occur Saturday between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

PennDOT is removing three 105-foot high-mast light poles due to their
deteriorated condition.

traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and
access
to more than 770 traffic cameras.
