Pennsylvania American Water to Restrict Route 10 (Church Street) Weeknights in Parkesburg Borough for Utility Improvement

King of Prussia, PA – Pennsylvania American Water is planning nighttime lane restrictions with flagging on Route 10 (Church Street) between Route 372 (1st Avenue) and Beale Drive in Parkesburg Borough, Chester County, beginning Monday, April 15, for water facility replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. Weather permitting, the lane restrictions closure will be in place Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM through the end of May.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent

Pennsylvania American Water will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
