Potential Flood Emergency - The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning for the Borough of Pottstown until further notice. Roads in low-lying areas may be closed due to flooding. Do not drive around barricades. The water level on the Manatawny Creek and Schuylkill River are expected to continue to rise throughout the evening, even though the rain has stopped. Remember, Turn Around, Don't Drown. Special Caution by Residents in areas of Manatawny Street between King and Beech Streets, as well as residents in the 0 to 99 block of King, Chestnut, Walnut, & Beech.
