PennDOT announced that bridge inspections are scheduled next week on Interstate 76 in Upper Merion Township.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
Wednesday, September 25, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, moving alternating lane closures are scheduled on eastbound I-76 between the King of Prussia and the Route 320/Gulph Mills interchanges.
Wednesday, September 25, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, moving left lane closures are scheduled on eastbound I-76 between the Route 320/Gulph Mills and the I-476 interchanges in Upper Merion and Lower Merion townships, and West Conshohocken Borough, Montgomery County.
Thursday, September 26, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, a right lane closure is scheduled on westbound I-76 between the Gladwyne and the Route 23/Conshohocken interchanges in Lower Merion Township and West Conshohocken Borough, Montgomery County.
Thursday, September 26, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, a right lane closure is scheduled on westbound I-76 between the Route 320/Gulph Mills and the King of Prussia interchanges in Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns may occur. All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
