Please be advised that on Saturday, May 30th, the Abington Triathlon event will take place in our community. To ensure the safety of participants and the public, some streets along the race route will be partially closed between 6:45 AM and 11:00 AM. Feel free to come out and cheer on the athletes!
While the streets will not be completely closed, traffic will be restricted, and delays should be expected in the following areas. Volunteers will be stationed at key intersections to assist with traffic flow and ensure safe crossings.

~Geneva & Roberts-Cliveden, Roslyn
~Tyson & Geneva, Weldon, Jenkintown, Edgehill

To help ensure safety and reduce congestion, we kindly ask residents to move vehicles off the race route in advance, if possible. This will improve visibility and allow the event to proceed more smoothly. Please note: No vehicles will be fined or towed — this is simply a friendly request to help support a safe and smooth event.
Additionally, we ask all residents to:
~Use extra caution when driving in or near the affected areas
~Follow directions from volunteers and posted signage
~Plan ahead for potential delays during the event window
