Music in the Meadow & Fireworks!
The last Music in the Meadow for the year will be held at the Pennypack Community Center, 130 Spring Avenue, Hatboro on Friday, September 20, 2024, from 5 PM to 8:30 PM.
This will be a free community event featuring music, lawn games, food trucks, vendors, community groups, Bucks Bubbles Foam Party, and a fireworks show celebrating the end of summer and beginning of fall. The fireworks show will begin around 8:00 PM by a licensed fireworks company.
In preparation for this event, the Hatboro Public Works Department, Hatboro Police Department, Second Alarmers and the Enterprise Fire Company are enacting a temporary road closure for the loop of West Lehman Avenue, Spring Avenue & South Chester Avenue. This closure will allow first responders and emergency personnel to utilize the loop for the event. Residents of the loop will continue to have access to their residence except for approximately 15 minutes during the live fireworks display.
Emergency Services will have multiple stations set up around the event to ensure the general safety of the public.
We are encouraging the public to utilize the Bank Street parking lot and the trail behind the school to access the event.
