This is a message from Upper Providence Township Office of Emergency Management. The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch until Wednesday at 6:00 PM and a Wind Advisory for our area until Wednesday at 3:00 AM. The forecast calls for up to 4 inches of rain and wind gusts above 45 mph. This storm could cause roadways to flood and bring down trees and powerlines. Please use caution when driving and avoid standing water. Do not drive around barricades or cones, they are placed for your safety. Please secure trash cans and other items that may blow into roadways. Roadways may be flooded in the morning, even after the rain stops. Remember, turn around, don't drown
