PennDOT announced that shoulder stabilization continues on Route 23 (River Road) in Upper Merion Township and West Conshohocken Borough.
From Monday, January 22, through Friday, January 26, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a lane closure is scheduled on Route 23 (River Road) between Route 320 (Swedeland Road) and Balligomingo Road.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
