Aqua Pennsylvania to Close King Road Weekdays for Utility Installation in East Whiteland, West Whiteland Townships

King of Prussia, PA – Aqua Pennsylvania is planning to close King Road between Phoenixville Pike and Morstein Road in East Whiteland and West Whiteland townships, Chester County, on Wednesday, September 16, for utility installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. Weather permitting, the closure will be in effect weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, through mid-November.

During the weekday closure, King Road motorists will be directed to use Phoenixville Pike, Boot Road, Greenhill Road and Route 352 (Chester Road).

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.

Aqua Pennsylvania will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
