Bensalem Boulevard to Close for Pipe Installation in Bensalem Township
King of Prussia, PA – Bensalem Boulevard will close 24/7 between Washington Lane and Craig Avenue in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, on Wednesday, August 4, through Saturday, August 7, for pipe replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
During the closure, Bensalem Boulevard motorists will be directed to use Route 513 (Hulmeville Road) and Gibson Road. Local access will be maintained during the operation.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay
warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.
