I-76 East Restriction Next Week for Drainage Survey in Lower Merion Township

King of Prussia, PA – Motorists traveling eastbound on Interstate 76 will encounter a left lane closure between the Gladwyne and City Avenue interchanges in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, on Tuesday, September 7, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 MM, for drainage system survey, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and slowdowns may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.
