PennDOT Announced Pipe Replacement and Pavement Repair to Close Valley Creek Road in Upper Merion Township
Weather permitting, drivers are advised of the following travel restrictions:
Monday, June 15, through Friday, June 26, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Route 252 (Valley Creek Road) will be closed and detoured weekdays between Route 23 (Valley Forge Park Road) and Yellow Springs Road in Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County. During the closure, drivers will be directed to use Swedesford Road, Gulph Road, and Route 23 (Valley Forge Park Road).
Local access will be maintained at all times. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas or along the detour routes because backups and delays may occur.
