At hazardous levels, all people should avoid all outdoor physical activity. When air quality is very unhealthy, everyone should avoid prolonged or heavy exertion outdoors. Young children, older adults, and people with higher risks due to respiratory or heart conditions should take extra precautions. Air quality conditions are forecasted to improve as the day goes on.
