ReadyMontco - Upper Dublin Alert

[Update 6/7/23, 3:30pm] The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has issued an Air Quality Action Day for fine particulate matter for Wednesday June 7th, 2023. Current air quality levels in the Montgomery County region range from unhealthy (151-200) to very unhealthy (201-300).

In unhealthy conditions (151-200), residents should limit time outdoors or take frequent breaks if you need to be outside. Vulnerable populations, including small children, the elderly, and those with respiratory ailments should avoid being outdoors for prolonged periods of time.

In very unhealthy conditions (201-300), all residents should avoid being outside for prolonged periods of time. Vulnerable populations, including small children, the elderly, and those with respiratory ailments should avoid all outdoor activities.

ADVISORY: Please be advised that Montgomery County is aware and actively monitoring the reports of smoke in the Northern Tier of the county. Due to weather and atmospheric conditions, the smoke is believed to be traveling through our region from Canadian wildfires. It continues to move east through the County at this time.
