ROAD CLOSURE: Starting Monday, June 12th at 7:00am, Bird Land will be undergoing paving restoration following the completion of the AQUA Water Main Installation Project. Work will take place daily between the hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm for approximately 1-2 weeks (weather dependent). Parking cones will be put in place on Friday, June 9th.
*Milling and paving is estimated to take place on Audubon Drive, Applewood Drive, and Cardinal Drive between Friday, June 12th and Thursday, June 15th. For Thrush Drive, Oriole Lane, and Skylark Lane, work is estimated to take place between Wednesday, June 14th and Friday, June 23.

Residents may leave their vehicles in the driveway but must move any vehicle parked on a street where work is actively taking place. If a resident expects to use their vehicle during the hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm, they are encouraged to park on a different street to avoid accumulation of asphalt onto vehicles and tracking it onto driveways. Contractors will allow vehicles in and out of their homes for emergencies. Non-residents are encouraged to avoid driving or parking in the area all together until the project is complete.
Once paving is finished on each street, the asphalt undergoes a cure process that will take 1-2 hours. It is encouraged that vehicles stay off of the road until the cure process is complete to reduce risk of asphalt transfer onto vehicles or driveways.
