PECO to Close Route 320 (Sproul Road) Beginning April 14 for Utility Improvement in Marple Township
King of Prussia, PA – PECO Energy is planning to close Route 320 (Sproul Road) between Springfield Road and Route 3 (West Chester Pike) in Marple Township, Delaware County, on Wednesday, April 14, through Monday, June 7, for gas pipe installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
During the 24/7 closure, motorists will be directed to use Springfield Road, Route 3 (West Chester Pike) and Route 320 (Sproul Road). Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
PECO Energy will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
