Aqua Pennsylvania to Restrict Haverford Road, Route 29 (Bridge Street) for Utility Improvements in Delaware and Montgomery Counties

King of Prussia, PA – Aqua Pennsylvania is planning single lane closures from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM next week on Haverford Road in Delaware County and Route 29 (Bridge Street) in Montgomery County for utility construction, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.  

The work schedule is:  

• Monday, April 12, through Friday, May 14, a lane closure with flagging is scheduled on Haverford Road between Karakung Drive and Ardmore Avenue in Haverford Township, Delaware County; and 
• Wednesday, April 14, and Thursday, April 15, a lane closure with flagging is scheduled on Route 29 (Bridge Street) between Spares Lane and Amanda Lane in Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County.
  

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent. 

Aqua Pennsylvania will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
