Flood Advisory - TIME EXTENDED

Flood Advisory EXTENDED until 245 AM. Be prepared to take action in the event that flooding develops.

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ  has extended the

northern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
northwestern Salem County in southern New Jersey...
northwestern Camden County in southern New Jersey...
northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
northwestern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...
Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* until 245 am EDT

* at 1126 PM EDT... the moderate to heavy rain across the area has
diminished. But until the runoff subsides, poor drainage and low
lying flooding will continue. Creeks continue to run high across
the advised area as well. The East Branch Brandywine at
Downingtown, the Manatawny creek at spangville, the Perkiomen
creek at both East Greenville and Hillegass, the French Creek at
Phoenixville, and Crum Creek at Newtown Square continue to run
high.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
