Lane Closures Scheduled Next Week on Several State Highways for Guide Rail
Installations in Bucks, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties

Lane closures are scheduled next week on several state highways in Bucks,
Delaware and Philadelphia counties for guide rail installations, the
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule, which is weather dependent, is:

• Monday, March 27, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, a lane closure is scheduled
on
northbound Interstate 95 between the Woodhaven Road (Route 63) and U.S. 1
interchanges in Bucks County;
• Thursday, March 30, from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM, the left lane is scheduled
to
close on southbound Interstate 476 between the Route 3 (West Chester Pike)
and
U.S. 1 interchanges in Delaware County;
• Thursday, March 30, from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM, the left lane is scheduled
to
close on northbound I-476 between the U.S. 1 interchanges and Route 3 (West

Chester Pike) in Delaware County;
• Thursday, March 30, and Friday, March 31, from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM, the
left
lane is scheduled to close on Woodhaven Road (Route 63) between Knights
Road
and Millbrook Road in Philadelphia;
• Friday, March 31, from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM, the left lane is scheduled to

close on the westbound Interstate 76 ramp to northbound U.S. 1 in
Philadelphia;
• Friday, March 31, from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM, the left lane is scheduled to

close on southbound I-476 between the U.S. 1 and MacDade Boulevard
interchanges
in Delaware County; and
• Friday, March 31, from 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM, the left lane is scheduled to
close on the ramp from northbound U.S. 1 to I-76 in Philadelphia.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work

zones.
