This is a reminder that the snow emergency in the Borough of West Chester is no longer in effect. Any vehicles that were parked in the parking garages should be moved as soon as possible. Fees began to be added to these vehicles at 7:30 AM yesterday morning (Wednesday). For any questions please contact our parking services department at 610-696-4521.
