U.S. 1 and U.S. 422 Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week for Guide Rail
Repair in Bucks and Montgomery Counties

Travel restrictions are scheduled next week for guide rail repairs on U.S.
1
and U.S. 422 in Bucks and Montgomery counties, the Pennsylvania Department
of
Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Monday, February 26, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a left lane closure is
scheduled on westbound U.S. 422 between the Sanatoga and Armand Hammer
Boulevard interchanges in Lower Pottsgrove Township, Montgomery County;
• Wednesday, February 28, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, a right lane closure is

scheduled on U.S. 1 between U.S. (Bristol Pike) and Pennsylvania Avenue in
Falls Township, Bucks County; and
• Thursday, March 1, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, a left lane closure is
scheduled
in both directions on U.S. 1 between U.S. (Bristol Pike) and Pennsylvania
Avenue in Falls Township, Bucks County.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas
because slowdowns will occur. All scheduled activities are weather
dependent.
