U.S. 1, Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) and I-95 Lane Closures Next Week for ITS
Installations in Philadelphia and Bucks County

Motorists will encounter daytime and nighttime lane closures next week on
U.S.
1 (Roosevelt Boulevard), Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) and Interstate 95 in
Philadelphia and Bucks County, for Intelligent Transportation System (ITS)
installations and testing, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
(PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Sunday, February 11, through Saturday, February 17, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
a single lane closure is scheduled in both directions on U.S. 1 (Roosevelt
Boulevard) between Comly Road and Old Trevose Road in Philadelphia and
Bensalem
Township, Bucks County;
• Monday, February 12, through Saturday, February 17, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
a lane closure is scheduled on westbound Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) between
the
U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike) and Knights Road interchanges; and
• Wednesday, February 14, and Thursday, February 15, from 9:00 PM to 5:00
AM, a
single lane closure is scheduled in both directions on I-95 between the
Allegheny Avenue and Bridge Street/Harbison Avenue interchanges.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling in these areas
through
the work zones because slowdowns will occur. All scheduled activities are
weather dependent.
