Cheltenham Township to Close Church Road Next Weekend for Utility Improvement

King of Prussia, PA – Cheltenham Township Authority in planning to close Church Road between Washington Lane and New 2nd Street in Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County on Saturday, September 15, and Sunday, September 16, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for utility installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. 

During construction, motorists will be directed to use Washington Lane, Route 73 (Township Line Road) and New 2nd Street. Local access will be maintained up to the work area. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the construction zone. 

Cheltenham Township Authority will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
