PennDOT - District 6 News: PECO to Restrict U.S. 202 and Paoli Pike Weekdays for Utility Improvements in Montgomery and Chester Counties

PECO to Restrict U.S. 202 and Paoli Pike Weekdays for Utility Improvements in Montgomery and Chester Counties

​King of Prussia, PA – PECO Energy is planning weekday lane restrictions from 9:00AM to 3:00 PM on U.S. 202 (Dekalb Pike) in Lower Gwynedd Township, Montgomery County, and Paoli Pike in Willistown Township, Chester County, for utility improvements, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. 

The work schedule is:

  • Wednesday, October 3, through Wednesday, October 10, southbound U.S. 202 (Dekalb Pike) between Swedesford Road and Meetinghouse Road;
  • Monday, October 8, though Friday December 28, Paoli Pike between Sugartown Road and Callery Way; and
  • Monday, October 22, through Friday, December 28, Paoli Pike between Grub Road and Pattison Lane.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work areas. All scheduled activities are weather permitting.

PECO Energy will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
