Pennsylvania American Water to Restrict Blackhorse Hill Road for Water Main Improvement in Coatesville
King of Prussia, PA – Pennsylvania American Water is planning a weekday lane closure with flagging on Blackhorse Hill Road between Coates Street and Heston Road in the City of Coatesville, Chester County, beginning at 9:00 AM Monday, October 1, for water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. The weekday lane closure will be in place from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM through Monday, December 31.
Motorists are advised to allow for additional time when traveling through the work area. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
Pennsylvania American Water will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
