Pottstown Borough Municipal Authority to Close Grosstown Road for Water
Main Installation

Pottstown Borough Municipal Authority will close Grosstown Road between
School
Land and Linden Street in West Pottsgrove Township, Montgomery County, on
Thursday, December 8, and Friday, December 9, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for
water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
(PennDOT) said today.

During the operation, Grosstown Road through traffic will be detoured over
Linden Street, Fairview Street and School Lane. Motorists are advised to
allow
extra time when traveling through the area. Local access will be maintained
up
to the construction zone.

The Pottstown Borough Municipal Authority will complete the work under a
PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
