Chester County Forecasted Conditions: •                  Anticipated Timing:  Tonight through Saturday afternoon, 12/17/2016 •                  Wind speeds: Strong winds of 15 to 25 MPH, with frequent gusts to 30-40 MPH will continue through tonight. Locally higher gusts are possible. •                  Extremely cold temperatures with wind chills in the single digits. •                  Precipitation: Chester County could receive up to 4 inches of snow Friday night into Saturday. •                  Ice accumulations of .04 inches are possible countywide. •                  Active watches & warnings: None at this time  Impacts: •                  Bitter cold is expected tonight and Friday. Exposed skin will be susceptible to frostbite. •                  Pets should not be left outside. •                  Pipes are also susceptible to freezing due to the prolonged period with temperatures below freezing. •                  Hazardous travel conditions are possible on Friday evening into Saturday morning.
